A trader has a project: transforming its grocery products into a restaurant. The idea is to expose the existing structure and walls and to create a furniture from the back of the store to the showcase. The bar, sanitary and kitchen will be blended into the furniture. The main idea is to bring the light and enjoy the depth of the trade. The budget is tight, so the electrical network will pass through visible ducts, walls will be exposed. The project will but unfortunately not done in the presented form. It will remain : the management by architect of technical, regulatory and urban regulations.
